Shartul Rinpoche was invited to Penang, Malaysia for the Opening ceremony of Wisdom Retreat Center on 6 Dec 2009. During our 6 days stay in Penang, Rinpoche attended to over 650 devotees. An auspicious and beautiful rainbow shone on the retreat center on 6th Dec, 2009 when Rinpoche was giving blessings and Dharma talk.
